100th ANNUAL THANKSGIVING DAY RACE
I signed up to run the 100th Annual Thanksgiving Day Race in Cincinnati, OH this year. I ran the race back in 1979 (the 70th edition). Yes, the photo is me running that race.

OMG! That's so cool!!!
I was contemplating entering the Atlanta Marathon until I stumbled across this photo quite by accident. I took it as an omen that I should go to Cincinnati, run the race, and visit family/friends instead. So .. I entered!
I thought it was cool that this will be the 30th anniversary of my running that race. Your parents might not have even met when I ran this race!
Unfortunately, the intervening thirty years have been unkind to me. My first 5K this year was slower than my fastest 10K back then. Ouch!
