On January 1st, 2009, after reaching the embarrassing weight of 286 lbs., I decided to do something about it. I purchased a Wii Fit video game back in May of 2008, but it had long since been gathering dust. I wondered if you could REALLY lose weight and get physically fit playing a video game. I dusted off the Wii Fit balance board and I haven't looked back.
